I’m Lefteris, a Solutions Architect at AWS and the author of the book “Mastering Event-Driven Microservices in AWS”. I have over 15 years of experience in Software Engineering and I specialize in Cloud, Serverless computing, Microservices, Event-Driven Architectures, and Java.

I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise through various channels. I frequently speak at technical conferences (AWS re:Invent, AWS Summits, Devoxx), discussing topics like Serverless, Event-Driven Microservices, and Java. I’ve also contributed as a Technical Author for Java Code Geeks, one of the most popular blogs for Java Programmers.

Throughout my career, I’ve successfully led the migration of large monolithic systems to event-driven microservices architectures. In 2019, I Co-Founded a startup where I built the entire platform with Serverless on AWS and the MVP in less than 3 months with zero development cost. I’ve also trained over 200 individuals on the AWS cloud platform as an AWS Tech Instructor.
