Konstantinos, now 42, grew up dreaming of becoming either a race car driver or a professional basketball player for Panathinaikos. However, his love for food led him down a different path - one that, by 2009, had brought his weight to over 170 kg. Through sheer determination and discipline, he managed to lose 90 kg, radically transforming his life.

Inspired by JFK’s famous quote - “Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country” - he dedicated 8 years of his 20-year career to ReGeneration, the largest education and employment initiative for young graduates in Greece. As a leading figure in the program, he helped facilitate the hiring of nearly 5,000 graduates across a network of 2,000 companies, while also delivering over 1,000,000 hours of training in soft, technical, and digital skills - reshaping the professional trajectory of an entire generation.His deep understanding of Generation Z, combined with his expertise in talent management and healthy corporate culture building, has made him a trusted reference point for organizations seeking to enhance the effectiveness and cohesion of their teams.

As a Business Mentor, he provides strategic guidance to leaders and executives, helping them develop essential skills such as communication, empathy, and people management, while also shaping pragmatic and balanced corporate culture frameworks.

As a Public Speaker, he blends solid knowledge with real-world experience to create fireside chats and powerful discussions that inspire, provoke thought, and foster live engagement with the audience.

With over 500 speaking engagements and collaborations with more than 250 companies, he has consistently worked to bridge the generational gap in the workplace - empowering organizations to see Generation Z not as a challenge, but as their greatest opportunity.
