Dimitris Kyriakatis is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Workearly, the leading upskilling and reskilling platform in Greece and one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe.

A graduate of the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department (CEID) at the University of Patras, Dimitris began his career as a Software Engineer from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, together with Efthymios Vafeiadis, he co-founded Workearly, an AI-driven gamified EdTech platform. Starting without external funding, they managed to scale Workearly into the No.1 platform in Greece, supporting over 25,000 learners in their professional development.

Currently, Workearly offers the largest course catalog based on role-playing simulations and is the first platform in Greece to introduce Conversational AI technology in education through interactive role-playing experiences.

In June 2024, Workearly secured €1.1 million in funding, led by Metavallon VC, to further accelerate its growth and impact in the upskilling and reskilling landscape.
